Tilder’s team is composed of partners, managers, consultants and project leaders possessing all a high level of studies and an international work experience in sectors as Merchant bank, strategic advise, legal advise or journalism.
A trained journalist, Frédéric Latrobe contributed to various TV talk-shows on TF1 and France 3 before becoming head of the political department at BFM Radio. Associate director of the communications agency Image and Strategy Europe, he specialized in advice to business leaders when he joined TILDER but remains active in the media – he participates in the weekly “La Question de l’Eco” on La Chaîne Info (LCI), a program that he created.

Having worked at the Consulate General of France in Bombay, India and other Ministerial cabinets in Paris, Clément Reyne is an expert in consulting and media relations. As a close collaborator of Ministers of several governments, he can call on on detailed knowledge of the decision circuits and of corporate, public, and intermediary modes of operation. Active in non-governmental work, he is a member of Transparency International France’s High Council.

Bertrand CHAMBENOIS is a graduate from HEC Paris (2009) and holds a master’s degree in geopolitics from Sorbonne-Paris I.
He started his career at BNP Paribas Investment Banking within the Mergers & Acquisitions department.
Prior to joining Tilder, Bertrand CHAMBENOIS had been working in Communications and Public Affairs consulting for over 4 years at Marquardt & Marquardt, a consultancy firm of which he was one of the founding members. During this period, he developed an expertise in international communication and public affairs.
A lawyer, he is a specialist in communications and press law. Early on he applied his expertise in communications in the service of the Board of Education and the Chancellery of the Universities of Paris, where he worked both as a communications director and spokesman. After serving as a press and communications counselor in several Ministerial cabinets, he joined EuroRSCG C&O as an Associate Director before joining TILDER. He teaches political communications to students at INSEEC.

Project manager at the Ministry of the Interior, Guillaume Jubin joined TILDER at the beginning of his professional career over 10 years ago and is an active contributor to the firm’s reputation for excellence. An advisor to leaders, he is also a lecturer at the Paris Institute of Political Studies, where he teaches at the School of Communications. A founding member and Board Member of the art magazine Prussian Blue, he also sits on the board of several start-ups in the IT and communications sector.

An international press advisor at the Quai d’Orsay, she was named Deputy Spokesperson of the French mission to the United Nations in New York and coordinated all media and public relations for the French ambassador to the U.N. On return to Paris, she developed her expertise in communications consultancy within Ministerial cabinets, focused principally on social issues.
Today, with her extensive knowledge of the French public sphere and international institutions she advises companies, continuing to support the latter’s important role in the global community.

A chartered accountant, Yvonnick Baudouin joined TILDER after spending part of his career at Deloitte as a Senior Manager. At TILDER, he runs the administrative and financial division while also has extensive experience in the media industry. He is currently deeply involved in solidarity projects and contributes to the development of community projects as an active member of “Passerelles & Compéteces” – Bridges & Skills”.

President and founder of TILDER, Matthias Leridon started his career in Government Ministerial cabinets then as General Manager of the Paris-based communications consultancy Bernard Rideau et Conseil. Well known in the media, he created “Place aux Idées” on the Parliamentary TV Channel (LCP) in 2011. Every Tuesday, he debates communications issues on France Info – the news and comment radio station. President of several companies and Board Member of Générale de Santé (SBF 120), he is passionately interested in the African continent, and is the author of a 2010 book “L’Afrique va bien” – Africa is well. He has been a strong supporter of African economic and development for over 20 years.
