An elected public official for more than 20 years, Christophe Sirugue has successively held the positions of Mayor, Chairman of the Urban Conurbation Council and Chairman of the General Council. He is a recognised expert in labour law and social dialogue, and has served as an MP and then vice-chairman of the National Assembly. Appreciated for his sense of dialogue and listening skills, he was the rapporteur for the Rebsamen and El Khomri laws.
He is a former member of the Valls and Cazeneuve governments, and is fully committed to promoting the industry of the future alongside business leaders and social partners. He is closely involved in managing difficult industrial situations.
