A specialist in public affairs strategies, Jérôme Dupuy began his career as an Associate Member of the National Assembly between 2008 and 2012. He acquired a good knowledge of the French institutional system, political life and electoral campaigns.

Before joining Tilder in 2016, he worked with a French Euro MP at the European Parliament and then in the mergers and acquisitions department of the law firm Linklaters. Jérôme is passionate about analysing French and European public debate, and teaches a course on public opinion issues at the Catholic Institute of Paris.

Jérôme Dupuy is a graduate of HEC Paris (Major in Legal and Tax Strategy) and Sciences Po at Aix-en-Provence (Public Affairs Department). He is also a graduate of Panthéon-Assas University (Master’s degree in Public Life and Institutional Relations) and the Sorbonne Law School (Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation).
