Ramona Radu brings to the firm her expertise in national, European, and international public affairs, as well as strong experience in advising senior executives.
She began her career in 2015 at the French Development Agency (AFD), where she spent five years, first as Head of Institutional Relations with businesses and business networks, then overseeing the financing of the first French public policy loans in the Western Balkans.
From 2021 to 2024, she held advisory roles in several ministerial offices: with the Minister Delegate for Citizenship (Ministry of the Interior), the Secretary of State for the Social and Solidarity Economy and Voluntary Sector, and the Secretary of State for Gender Equality. In these roles, she contributed to the design and implementation of public policies across a range of areas.
Ramona Radu holds a degree in political science from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
She joined Tilder in May 2025 as a Director.
Ramona Radu will be in charge of the TILDER award for the Young Female Engineer in AI.
