Marlène Schiappa Appointed Managing Director in Charge of Tilder’s Development

Having served as Partner for nearly three years, Marlène Schiappa has been appointed Managing Director in charge of Tilder’s development. In this role, she will support the firm’s growth and continue developing its activities with business leaders, institutional stakeholders, and non-profit organizations. This appointment is part of Tilder’s broader strategy of renewal and growth in France and Europe, which has notably included the arrival of a new generation of Partners and Senior Advisors, including Pierre-Yves Bournazel.

Marlène Schiappa began her career at Havas Group nearly twenty years ago before founding several communications and digital content agencies. She served as a French government minister from 2017 to 2023 and currently serves as a Paris City Councillor and Regional Councillor for Île-de-France. She also chairs the NGO Actives, which created the Next Women 40 ranking, of which Tilder is a founding partner, and serves on the Supervisory Board of Crédit Municipal de Paris.
