Pierre-Yves Bournazel joins Tilder as Senior Advisor effective May 4, 2026. He becomes the firm’s second Senior Advisor, alongside Jean-Marie Bockel.
A member of the National Assembly representing Paris, a Paris City Council member for eighteen years, and a regional council member for Île-de-France—notably in charge of Paris’s bid for the Olympic and Paralympic Games—Pierre-Yves Bournazel brings extensive public and institutional experience to the table. He will simultaneously continue his role as Deputy Secretary-General of the Horizons party, chaired by former Prime Minister Édouard Philippe, where he is in charge of elections.
Working closely with the Tilder team, he will help analyze the major challenges facing leaders in a period marked by significant economic, societal, and geopolitical transformations, and as the 2027 presidential election approaches.
