With degrees from Sciences Po Paris and ESSEC, Alexia has spent the majority of her career in higher education and training.

Her journey began in financial auditing, but in 2000, she made a significant shift to join the administration of Sciences Po. This was a transformative period for the institution under Richard Descoings’ leadership, marked by international expansion, the shift to a five-year program, and increased social accessibility. As Deputy Director of Studies, she played a pivotal role in establishing new Masters programs, particularly leading the one in Finance and Strategy. Later, she headed the Executive Education department for five years.

In 2011, Alexia transitioned to the Institut Montaigne as Deputy Director. Over four years, she led annual fundraising efforts from member companies and steered various working groups (taxation, economy financing, housing, family businesses), culminating in the publication of influential reports and policy papers that contributed to public debate.

Her career then took her to Switzerland, where she served as the Deputy Director of Training at HEP Lausanne. In 2019, she returned to France to join the Mérieux Group as the director of their corporate university.
