Athénaïs Oslati

A mechanical engineer and scientist, Athénaïs Olsati is, at 30 years old, the founder and CEO of ONTBO, a deeptech startup that equips large language models with an additional layer of context and cognition.

A specialist in cognitive AI, she transforms human–machine interactions—more specifically, user–AI agent interactions—into more human-centered experiences through an architecture that enables systems to memorize, reason, and learn in real time.

Recognized as part of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and distinguished by the prestigious i-Nov Award as a government “coup de cœur” company, she advocates for a vision of artificial intelligence that combines technological excellence with a strong human focus.

In December 2025, Athénaïs Olsati received the Tilder Award “Prix de la Jeune Ingénieure en IA 2025”, presented by the former French Minister in charge of Artificial Intelligence, Clara Chappaz.
